The worst experience I have ever had. They convinced me with a "satisfaction guaranteed" contract. One year after the procedure, at the follow up appointment the physician agreed that the density is nothing of what it was expected. He recommended a second procedure. I asked the consultant to review together the contract. He became rude and told me that there were patients outside waiting. The entire appointment lasted 12 minutes. I drove two hours to have the opportunity to talk to a physician. This consultant does not have any connection with health care and customer service. All he was trying to do was to commit me for another $12k session. I contacted already an attorney.

The San Francisco Bosley team provided excellent customer service. It was a great experience. Senior counselor, Colleen was very knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Chougu did an excellent job with hair procedure. It was 5 star service.

A smooth experience right from the time I arrived at the clinic. Everything went according to the schedule and I also received instructions on what to do on the following days. Even the doctor and other nurses followed up with me to see how I was feeling after the surgery.

Dr Rose is great. I felt like I was in good hands as soon as he sat down with me. He listened to my concerns and gave me exactly what I wanted. The team at BOSLEY were professional, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Everything was amazing! They made me feel like a king. They answered all my questions. Dr. Rose and staff were professional, friendly and entertaining. I would highly recommend Bosley to friends and family. And great complimentary deli sandwich for lunch!

Going in I was a little nervous/excited. They do a great job making sure you are healthy enough for the surgery and are willing to give you your money back and turn you away if they do not feel comfortable. That assures me that they care. Like I said a little nervous and excited and my blood pressure was elevated. Not only the Doctor, but more so the nurses were really outgoing and companionate . That made me feel comfortable to where my blood pressure came back to normal and we were able to move forward. If I didn’t say it before, “I loved all the nurses” . This is a long procedure and developing relationships during really helps the time fly by. I am currently at home fallowing their post op kit and instructions. Very nice all inclusive package. So far so good … a really great experience. John Victor
